Here you will find the finest hunting ground imaginable for forest birds. I was lucky enough to get my first forest bird at Spellplassen three years ago. And this year I have been lucky enough to get a beautiful grouse. Then it all topped off with a great roe deer on the next trip!

Had a fantastically enjoyable and educational dear-hunting weekend with the fantastic hosts, Steinar and Herman. A host who genuinely cares about the guests and does his utmost to facilitate a successful hunt.
Knowledgeable and warm people with very long experience in hunting. Here you can live on a pleasant farm in the middle of hunting terrain, enjoy great food with your hunting friends while hunting in an exciting and varied terrain with lots of animals. Recommended!

Excellent "dog hotel" in Elverum's deep forests and perfect with a shooting range in the middle of the forest with good guidance from a skilled instructor. When the dog and hunter are taken care of, there will also be results in the hunt. I can highly recommend Spellplassen.

Having been hunting and shooting since I was 12 years old, I have learned one thing - it does not help that the shotgun costs tens of thousands of kroner if you do not train and receive instruction from a knowledgeable instructor! At Spellplassen you get instructions that say why you shoot behind, above or below, that I missed so I myself. The joy of hunting becomes greater when the hit rate goes up.
